How does The Insurance Concierge get paid?

Our advice, plan comparisons, and ongoing policy management are provided entirely free of charge to you. Here is how we are compensated.
Commission from Insurers
As a licensed insurance intermediary regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), The Insurance Concierge receives a commission from the insurer when you take out or renew a policy through us. This commission is built into the premium — you do not pay any additional fee on top of the standard premium.
Does This Affect Our Advice?
No. We are independent, which means we are not tied to any single insurer. Our obligation is to you, not to an insurer’s sales targets. We compare plans objectively across our full panel of insurers and recommend the plan that best fits your needs and budget — even if it is not the one that pays us the highest commission.
Transparency
We are happy to discuss our remuneration in detail. If you have any questions about how we are compensated, please contact us at hello@asktic.com.
