1. Shared policy number
Allianz issues one policy number per family to simplify the management of your insurance coverage. All insured family members use this same number for claims and portal access.
2. Access for insured members (age rules)
In compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA):
- Insured members aged 16 years and above do not automatically grant the main member (primary policyholder) administrative access to their medical records.
- Adult members in the family automatically have access to administer the care of minors (under 16).
3. Granting access
If the main member requires access to a spouse's or older child's medical information:
- The individual must explicitly grant permission by creating their own Allianz member portal login.
- They can register using the shared family policy number at the Allianz member portal.
4. Portal guide
Allianz publish a step-by-step guide to the MyHealth portal and app — registering, logging in, resetting a password, submitting a claim and tracking it.
