Updating your credit card details with Bupa Global

Three ways to update the card Bupa charges, in order of ease: the customer helpline, the MembersWorld portal, or the authorisation form.
1. Call the customer helpline
This is the sole method to update your card details over the phone. A customer officer will gather your card information and update the system.
- From Singapore: +65 6340 1688 (option 2)
- Outside Singapore: +44 (0) 1273 333911
2. Through the MembersWorld portal
Sign in at membersworld.bupaglobal.com, then:
- Go to payment details. Once logged in, find the "My Account" or "Billing" section. You should see an option for "Payment Details" or "Manage Payment Methods."
- Update credit card information. Choose the option to modify or update your payment method. Input your new credit card details as requested.
- Save changes. Ensure to save or confirm the changes to successfully update your payment details.
3. Complete the credit card authorisation form
Download the credit card authorisation form and send it to hello@asktic.com.
