Resetting your Bupa MembersWorld password

Reset your MembersWorld password using the email address you registered your membership with.

You will need the email address you used to register your MembersWorld account. If you have it, follow these steps.

  1. Go to membersworld.bupaglobal.com/logon/passwordreset.
  2. Enter your login email address.
  3. Verify your email. Bupa sends a verification code to that address. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived after a short wait, and enter the code before it expires.
  4. If the code is correct and the email matches a MembersWorld account, Bupa lets you choose a new password.
